Do you have Minimun Order Quantities?

We have no minimum order quantity but we charge only one price for delivery (8.00 plus VAT) This is so that we can assure our sim cards are only going to wholesale customers.

What are your Delivery Charges?

We charge 8.00 plus VAT for any size order.

How fast will i get my order?

Orders are processed on a daily basis and a next day courier is used. If your order is placed before 1pm you will get it the next working day. Please note we do not deliver or ship on the weekend or bank holidays.

Will the Sim Cards go out of date, if so when?

O2 sim cards have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of purchase after which the network may cut off the sim, this is only if the sim card is not used. All other networks currently do not have an expiry.

Are your Sim Cards brand new?

Yes, all our Sim Cards are brand new and sealed official packs.

Can i collect my order from you and not pay the delivery charge?

Yes, you can call into our offices and collect but only afer pre-arranging, call us on 0207 6092329 or email us sales@ttsims.co.uk You will not be charged for delivery. Please note there is a minimum order quantity for collection please call/email for details.
